Ingredients
- 80g Sugar
- 500g Strawberries (greens removed)
- 700g Ice
- 200g Bacardi (or other white rum)
Method
Add sugar and mix speed 10 for 10 seconds
Add strawberries, speed 10 for 5 seconds
Add ice and rum and blend on speed 9 for 40 seconds - 1 minute
Check consistency and blend further as required
*If it's too sweet you can add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice at time of blending
Serves 4-6
