Salted Caramel Martini

 

Ingredients

• 100ml Vanilla Vodka
• 50ml Salted Caramel Baileys
• 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender to mix, check ice cream is blended well.

Single serve,  with a sprinkle of Biscoff on top duplicate amounts per serve. 

Old Fashioned

 

Ingredients

• 50ml Bourbon
• 10ml Sugar syrup
• 3 dashes Bitters
• Orange or Lemon to garnish

Method

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice

Shake vigorously 

Pour onto fresh ice through strainer to serve

This is a single serve, double ingredients for two

Limoncello Spritz

 

Ingredients

• 40ml Limoncello 
• 60ml Prosecco
• 20ml Soda 

Method

Place all ingredients in a glass, fill with ice and stir
