Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini

Single serve…

45ml vodka

20ml fresh lemon juice

15ml triple sec

15ml raspberry syrup

Fill a shaker with ice

Add ingredients and shake

Pour into glass straining the ice

* If you want to rim your glass, rub a lemon around the rim and dip in sugar. 

Salted Caramel Martini

 

Ingredients

• 100ml Vanilla Vodka
• 50ml Salted Caramel Baileys
• 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender to mix, check ice cream is blended well.

Single serve,  with a sprinkle of Biscoff on top duplicate amounts per serve. 

Old Fashioned

 

Ingredients

• 50ml Bourbon
• 10ml Sugar syrup
• 3 dashes Bitters
• Orange or Lemon to garnish

Method

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice

Shake vigorously 

Pour onto fresh ice through strainer to serve
