Ingredients
Marinade:
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp chinese five spice
1/2 tsp oil
750g chicken thigh fillets
Green onions
Skewers
Instructions:
Place marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix
Dice chicken into log strips and weave onto skewers and add to mix
Leave in marinade for 3 - 24 hours
Remove chicken from marinade, cook on BBQ or stove top
Use the remaining marinade for basting throughout
Note: Can be cooked in the oven on 200C for approx 20 minutes turning once throughout.
