Ingredients
1kg minced meat
2 carrots
1 zucchini
2-3 medium mushrooms
1 tsp Minced garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 litre jar of passata
Method
Add carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and garlic into the Thermomix and blitz for a few seconds until blended.
Add meat, tomato paste and passata and cook for 20 minutes on Varoma, Speed 1, Reverse with measuring cap in.
Once cooked blend for up to 5 seconds on high speed to ensure any lumps are broken.
Serve with pasta of choice
Note: This can serve up to 8 people with adequate pasta. We usually split in half and make two meals.
